Getting to the offshore islands of Isla de Vieques & Isla de Culebra “The Spanish Virgin Islands”

Puerto Rico has a very quiet side, the offshore islands of Vieques & Culebra.  To get there you have the options of taking the ferry from Fajardo or a short flight from the airports of San Juan, Isla Grande or Ceiba.
